Join us as we honor ourselves, our Ancestors and the Earth Mother who supports all of us. The rhythms are as simple as the heartbeat. That primal rhythm lives in our bodies and was the first rhythm we heard when we were in our mother’s belly. We will open our hearts and drum up lots of love and light for ourselves, our families, and our communities. If you have a frame drum, you are welcome to bring it. If not, loaners will be available. After we drum, you can snuggle down for some intentional sound healing.
