Consciousness Shifting Drum and Sound Healing Circle
This is a teaching circle, but we learn through experiencing. We meet once a month in either West Chester or Landenberg, Pa. Although commitment for a 3 month season is suggested, it is not required. Come, circle with like-minded souls and learn an ancient way of living in harmonious rhythm with the Earth and our highest selves.

Sacred Sound Healing Circle
During this circle ceremony you will have an opportunity to simply relax and listen to me play various instruments, while holding the highest intent of love for you. Some folks have shared that these circles are transformational. Registration is limited to 7, so please register early.

WOMAN'S SOUND HEALING RETREAT

Women are often caught in the pattern of joyfully giving to others, sometimes without thought to what we need for our own self nourishment - the nourishment of our soul. Come spend a weekend feeding yourself with beautiful sacred sounds, and understand in your bones why some call sound the medicine of the future. During our time together we will explore many sound healing processes including:
Meditative drumming;
Singing bowls;
Tuning forks;
Powerful sound healing music;
A journey facilitated by sound to discover or engage your power animal;
An expressive arts process;
Free form dance;
Meditation;
Come and connect with a circle of soulful, like minded women on a path to self nourishment and bliss. On Saturday evening will be have a Sound Healing Ceremony, during which you will snuggle up while I play various instruments for you individually, and for the circle as a whole. This is a powerful healing opportunity, and some have found this to be a deeply transformational process.

The intent of this evening is to create space for you to experience a circle with a spiritual center where incredible sounds are created, and to understand why they have the power to heal. Should this work move you, you may be drawn to join one of the ongoing circles described below. If you have a frame drum feel free to bring it, if not, loaners will be available. Absolutely no experience is needed and newcomers to this work are welcomed and honored.

DRUM BIRTHING RETREAT

Do you yearn for an authentically created Native American frame drum? Would you bond more completely with a drum you made with your own hands and heart? Join a circle of incredible like minded people as we create our drums in the way of the Shaman. Celebrate the birth of your drum and the birth of some aspect of yourself which may emerge during the course of the weekend.
$400.00 covers the cost of lodging, teachings and all materials to make a 16" round elk skin drum with a cedar frame and a beautiful beater.

SELF HEALING THROUGH SHAMANIC JOURNEY

You will be introduced to the ancient ways of the shaman. Journeying can serve as a powerful support for the many experiences we go through in our lives. As you follow the heartbeat of the drum, you will learn the techniques to enter the Shamanic state of consciousness to seek guidance, insight and healing. As humans all over the Earth have done for millennia, we will journey to remember our connection to the Earth and all her creatures. Journeying is an excellent way to renew your relationship with Spirit and your own soul's gifts as well as strengthen the power of your intuition.
